🥜 CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIE 🥜
Throwback to this delicious Ooey gooey chocolatey vegan brownie 😋 It’s gluten, dairy & egg free, easy to make and a great way to use up those extra bananas instead of the traditional banana cake.
100g peanut butter
50g vegan choc protein happywayau
30ml maple syrup
1 tbs almond meal
1 tbs cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g chocolate chips of choice
Preheat oven to 180 degrees, line a loaf pan with baking paper.
Add all ingredients into the Thermomix (Except chocolate chips) and blend speed 5 for 20 seconds.
Scrape side and blend again for 10 seconds speed
Add chocolate chips and mix reverse speed 2, 5 seconds.
Pour into tin and spoon some extra peanut butter over the top in random spots and swirl around with a skewer.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until skewer comes out clean.
Let cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then remove and cool further on a wire cut.
When cooled cut into 12 pieces. Serve warm and gooey, or from the fridge all chocolatey and dense.
