Cookie Dough Energy Balls

The perfect little snack to curb those sweet cravings and keep you satisfied so you can avoid those late arvo or evening binges 🙊

RECIPE
2 cups of rolled oats
1/4 cup of crunchy Peanut Butter
1/4 cup rice malt syrup or honey.
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 scoops happywayau vanilla protein
2tbs chia seeds
4 squares of dark Lindt chocolate, roughly chopped

METHOD
Put oats, protein and chia seeds into a bowl and mix to combine.
Add PB, honey/rice malt, vanilla extract and chopped chocolate to the bowl and mix really well to combine.

Roll into approx 16 balls; and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
