Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going ✨

We can never rely on motivation all the time to get us through, it comes and goes, but the more you do something and integrate it into your daily practises they just become a habit, you begin to do them automatically even when you have almost zero motivation, because, it’s just “what you do now” just like brushing your teeth.

To be honest my motivation for literally anything has been non existent lately, 6 weeks off exercise (mostly out of my control due to illness) and just feeling crap so I made a conscious decision last week to dedicate 2 weeks to get my health, fitness and mindset back in order so I can get back to feeling my best self.

If you don’t take control of your own health and wellness there’s no one else that’s going to do it for you. And you know what.. It’s okay to start again, at anytime. No shame no gain 👏🏻

So let’s do this 🤜🏼
