The most delicious and simple, 2 ingredient vegan dessert that’s low in carbs but high in protein.

Vegan Choc Mint Mousse 🌱🍫

All you need for this recipe is plain coconut yoghurt and happywayau vegan chocolate mint protein.

Just stir your protein through however much you would like to serve and your done. I sprinkled a little bit of crushed Oreo on mine just to make it look cooler for the kids, and they loved it.
