Triple Choc Raspberry Protein Balls

These little decadent treats are gluten free, refined sugar free and can also be made dairy free/vegan with the use of a plant based protein. They are perfect in the school lunchboxes, both of my kids love them and they make a delicious treat for when your craving something sweet.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup cashews
2 cups desiccated coconut
2 scoops happywayau triple chocolate protein powder
1 cup dates
2 TBS cacao
1 cup raspberries
4 squares Lindt dark chocolate, roughly chopped.

METHOD
Put all Ingredients except raspberries and Lindt chocolate into the Thermomix and blend 10 seconds on speed 10 until a mixture is a fine crumb.

Then add the raspberries and blend 5 seconds, so 10 until combined.
Add in chopped chocolate and blend again, reverse, 4 seconds, sp 6.

Roll into balls and drizzle extra chocolate over the top. Keep stored in the fridge or freezer. Makes approx 16.
